When the world ends in nuclear holocaust, only two things shall remain: cockroaches
and rumors. There, that's me being philosophical. You like? Okay, I'll just get
on with the page...
She's not allergic to anything, she just doesn't like it.
Rei's father is very much alive, working as a politician, though
this is only ever talked about in the manga. Rei never sees her father anymore, because she despises him
and he never really cares about his family.
It's destruction. While she's called
the "soldier of silence" in the Materials Collection, the actual manga storyline
refers to her as the "soldier of destruction." Remember, the Materials Collection was
storyboards and sketches of the manga from before it was actually drawn, and there
are many elements in there that changed in the final version. Don't forget, this
collection also has the character "Diana the Moon Fairy" in here, and she never made
the final version!
Their names are given in
the Japanese version of the manga and anime, and most international versions (though the English
dub never mentions them). The crows are named Phobos and Deimos, and they actually do gain a human
form very briefly in the Dream arc of the manga and give Rei her power-up into Super Sailor Mars.
The show ended before their marriage,
but they sure as heck did get married, as we've already been told about the future where they are
married and the daughter they have together.
Chibi Chibi, in the anime, is Galaxia's STAR SEED. Not a crystal!
She also was not the Starlight's princess. That's Princess Kakyuu. However, Chibi Chibi did help to
protect Kakyuu during the season by carrying her around in an incense jar.
There are no Sailormoon OAVs. Perhaps
you're referring the the SuperS special with the vampire?
Saturn doesn't have ANY transformation phrase, because
she never transforms on screen in the anime. In the manga, she transforms using "Saturn Crystal Power, Make Up".
While the dub did
have them using Star Power, the Japanese version uses "[Planet] Planet Power" and [Planet] Crystal Power."
Though they only use the latter phrase in the manga.
Ick, ick, ick! Nobody ever calls her that, and for
that I am grateful. It's right up with "Michi-chan" or "Haru-chan."
Did you mean "Love-Me Chain" by
any chance? The German dub called "Love-Me Chain" "Feuerherzenkette", which does does translate to
Fireheart Chain, but this name was only used once or twice. Thanks to StarSenshi for finding the source
of this one.
They're actually female 24/7. They cross-dress as MEN.
Not only has Stars not been dubbed, but they were men/women in the JAPANESE version too!
Tenou Haruka means "Distant Sky King."
Oh yes, I can
see how...huh? Emily? They haven't said anything about Chibi Chibi's dub name.
Chibi Chibi appeared
in the second arc of Sailor Stars.
She actually made
them think she was Usagi's sister. Big difference.
Her name is not meant to mean "small small," she
only picked it up because she kept saying the words "Chibi Chibi."
"Oh, Susana, oh don't you cry for me! Cause I come from
Crystal Tokyo, clutching a Luna-P!" Okay, I'll leave the song parodies to Weird Al from now on...
Almost. It means "Full Ocean King."
The IMPERIUM Silver Moon Crystal is the dub name for the ginzuishou.
It has nothing to do with the past or the royal line. "Imperium" is Latin for "power."
So, Setsuna suddenly loses 1,979 years just by crossing the Pacific Ocean? Her age isn't
given in the anime or manga. It is generally assumed that she is 18 in the manga because
she's in her freshman year of college, but an age is still not given. She seems to be
out of school in the anime, though she was also never reborn in the anime, so her
age there is even more confusing. Again, the anime never gave an age.
Hotaru is 12
in both dub and original, at least we can assume that.
Where are these crazy ages coming from? Haruka and Michiru
are 15 in the Japanese version when they first appear.
Well, in
addition to screwing up the ages, now we can't get the names right either! In the original
anime, Chibi Usa is 6 years old when she first appears in R. In the manga, she is 902 years old in her first appearence.
Where in
those kanji do you get "revelation?"
X_x Minako: Call
me QUEEN! *whip!*
Usagi found Michiru to be elegant and graceful, but she didn't think she was a
princess.
Setsuna(hick voice):
Well, HOW-DY, Little Lady! How's it all goin' fo y'all up in Crysteel Tok-ee-oh!"
But Puu doesn't look a DAY over 5,000!
What the...goddesses? Didn't even get their Senshi elements right.
These powers only appeared in the manga. Plus it's spelled "Violon Tide." Takeuchi used the french spelling of "violin."
No, they're all still alive. Most of them left because they didn't like the management at Optimum, the people who handled the voice acting.
In particular, the pay was lousy and they were treated wretchedly.
At which point Michiru starts pelting Haruka with Natto.
I know, considering the fact that they look so much like EGGPLANTS!
And Setsuna uses "Pluto Planet Power, Make-up!" to become Sailor Poptart Punisher.
